Ken has had 30 years direct involvement in the Commonwealth, Victorian & NSW governments & the private sector.

Ken served as the Secretary of the Premier’s Department in both NSW & Victoria and has been a senior policy adviser to the P.M.’s Department in PNG.

He has had extensive experience in the reconstruction, funding, sale, re-organisation and operation of government owned organisations as well as devising and implementing fundamental microeconomic reforms in the energy, transport, infrastructure & agriculture sectors in Australia and internationally.

Don Challen has 30 years of experience in the public sector, including 17 years as Secretary of the Department of Treasury and Finance in Tasmania.

He has extensive board experience in the government sector and has substantial experience in the establishment, reconstruction and merger of large government businesses.

 


Ian Watt

Dr Watt has had a long career as one of Australia’s most distinguished public servants, with nearly 20 years at the highest levels of the public service.  His most recent and most senior appointment was as Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and head of the Australian Public Service, a position he held from 2011 until the end of 2014.

Stephen has 10 years of port industry experience having been the CEO of Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) for January 2004 - December 2013. Stephen is Chairman of Tasports and a former Director of Napier Port. 

During his tenure as CEO of PoMC, Stephen oversaw two major expansion projects (capital expenditure in excess of $900m) to expand port capacity and facilitate growing trade of the port.
