Rica Immanuel joined Flagstaff Partners in 2021. Prior to Flagstaff Partners, Rica worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Deal Advisory teams at KPMG advising on critical transformation and restructuring mandates for corporate clients specialising in consumer and retail sector

At Flagstaff Partners, Rica has advised clients across a range of sectors including infrastructure, industrials, healthcare, financial services, and government on various mandates such as mergers & acquisitions, capital raise and strategic review

Notable transactions include advising Aurizon on the divestment of East Coast Rail (A$925m) and Auckland Council on the partial selldown of its shareholding in Auckland International Airports Ltd via a strategic sale and block trade (NZ$836m) and various corporate finance assignments for long-term clients

Rica holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne
