Bob Herbert recently joined Flagstaff Partners with over 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Most recently Bob spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley where his roles included Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets for Australia and Head of Capital Solutions for Asia Pacific
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Bob was with Macquarie Capital for 10 years working in capital markets and financial institutions teams. Bob initially trained as a lawyer and focused on taxation law in his early career prior to moving into investment banking
Through his career, Bob has advised on transactions across a range of industry sectors including Infrastructure and Property but with the significant focus on Financial Institutions, having advised many of Australia’s largest corporates including all four of Australia’s major banks
