Alex Berezner recently joined Flagstaff Partners and has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking in Australia and the United States
Prior to joining Flagstaff, Alex spent his entire career with J.P. Morgan, most recently holding the role of Managing Director in New York in the Energy, Power & Utilities and Renewables Group while also acting as the firm’s Global Head of LNG coverage
Alex’s transaction experience has been broad, including working on large public company M&A, asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture formation, shareholder activism and takeover defence
