Shirley joined Flagstaff Partners in 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in finance and strategic leadership across corporate advisory, oil & energy, and technology sectors. Her expertise includes financial strategy, governance, and operational performance

Prior to joining Flagstaff Partners, Shirley held senior finance positions at BP Australia and Planet Innovation, where she led financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects

Shirley is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University
