Alex Berezner has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking in Australia and the United States.
Prior to joining Flagstaff, Alex spent his entire career with J.P. Morgan, most recently holding the role of Managing Director in New York in the Energy, Power & Utilities and Renewables Group while also acting as the firm’s Global Head of LNG coverage.
Alex has advised both corporations and some of the largest private equity, infrastructure funds and sovereign wealth funds clients in the world. His transaction experience has been broad, having worked on large public company M&A, asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture formation, shareholder activism and takeover defence assignments.
Alex holds Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the University of Melbourne
