Michael Burn

Michael Burn joined Flagstaff Partners in 2021 and has over 35 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, the majority of which was with the Macquarie Group

Through his time in investment banking, Michael has led transactions to the value of approximately $40bn, spanning public and private M&A, IPOs, privatisations and restructures

Michael has also undertaken a number of non-executive director roles and is currently Chairman of the St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research and a director of the Carlton Football Club
