Michael Burn

Michael Burn joined Flagstaff Partners in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, the majority of which was with the Macquarie Group

Through his time in investment banking, Michael has led transactions to the value of approximately $40bn, spanning public and private M&A, IPOs, privatisation and restructures, for clients such as Telstra, API, SEEK, Pointsbet and IDP Education, in addition to Non-Operating Holding Company Restructure of Macquarie Group

Michael has also undertaken a number of non-executive director roles and is currently a director of PFD Food Services, a Trustee of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre Trust and a director of the St Vincent’s institute of Medical Research
