Paul Donnelly

Paul Donnelly has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance and has advised on significant and complex M&A, ECM and privatisation transactions in multiple markets

Prior to joining Flagstaff Partners, Paul was with Macquarie Group for 25 years, where his roles included Global Head of Equity and Debt Capital Markets and President and Chief Executive Officer for Macquarie’s Canadian business

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry from the University of Southampton and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Director of the listed company Fluence Corporation Limited and a Director of the Melbourne Recital Centre
