Shun Jiang has 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Flagstaff Partners, Shun was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, based in Hong Kong, advising on numerous capital markets and M&A transactions covering clients across the consumer & retail, healthcare, technology and general industrials sectors across
the Asia Pacific.
Shun was also most recently the Chief Financial Officer of a NASDAQ-listed consumer technology company, leading the company’s successful pre-IPO and IPO processes, and subsequently overseeing the company’s finance, strategy, investments, investor relations and disclosure functions.
Shun holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degrees from the University of Melbourne.
