Steve Hammerton has over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience in Australia, New Zealand
and Europe.
Steve has advised on a variety of commercial negotiations, M&A and capital raising transactions for corporate, government and financial sponsor clients, in both private and public market transactions. Prior to joining Flagstaff Partners, Steve was a Director with Merrill Lynch in Melbourne and London.
Steve is also a non-executive member of the GHD Board Finance Sub-Committee and is a Director on the Board of Trustees for the Brian M Davis Charitable Foundation in aid of
disadvantaged children.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a Fellow of FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia).
